Q: How far in advance should I book my charter?

Normally 3 to 6 months in advance. However, some dates in the spring and fall will sell out up to 9 months in advance while at other times you can book your motor coach as close as a week before departure.

Q: Does Cleveland Southeastern Trails have regular scheduled service from city to city?

No. We are exclusively a charter company.

Q: Can Cleveland Southeastern Trails accommodate handicapped passengers?

Yes. Three of our motor coaches have wheelchair lifts and securance for up to two wheelchairs per coach.

Q: Can we take food and drinks on the motor coach?

Answer»

Yes. Food and drinks on the motor coach are permitted. We request that the coach is kept picked up for the group's comfort.

Q: Can we bring alcoholic beverages on the motor coach?

Q: Can we smoke on the motor coach?

Q: Are passports necessary when traveling to Canada?

Q: Is the driver gratuity included in the price of the motor coach?

No. The driver gratuity is at the customer's discretion.

Q: Is the group responsible for the driver's meals and lodging?

The cost of the driver's meals and lodging is included in the price of the trip. If you would wish to include the driver in group meals, that certainly would be appreciated.

Q: How many seats are there on a motor coach?

Up to 55 seats.

Q: Do Cleveland Southeastern Trails motor coaches have restrooms?

Yes. All of our coaches have restrooms.

Q: Does the customer pay for any bus parking on the charter trip?

Yes. All parking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Can a group chartering a motor coach depart from the Cleveland Southeastern Trails terminal?

Yes. However, many groups take advantage of this service. It is important to check well in advance for the availability of space.
